ABL Staffing Consultancy was founded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
ABL was first inspired by a manpower service provider company owned by the founder’s family back in the 1980s. The company has sent hundreds of thousands of Overseas Workers abroad, particularly in the Middle East and other Southeast Asian countries.
After many years and generations, ABL was initially presented to the labor industry in 2017. The team accepted numerous projects that provided thousands of jobs for Asian market. Collaboration with large telecommunications firms at that time allows ABL to gain the trust and confidence of international clients as well as job seekers of various nationalities.
During the Pandemic, ABL’s founder relocated to Africa and experienced firsthand the difference in work prospects between Asians and Africans. The team, in partnership with other Chinese subcontractors, has created thousands of job possibilities in Kenya, Nigeria, Mozambique, and Tanzania. When ABL took projects from Latin America, its competence in assessing and utilizing talent grew even greater. African and Chinese nationals were successfully onboarded to Colombia and Puerto Rico.
ABL Staffing Consultancy accepted projects for Civil works for professional and skilled people in the Middle East in addition to giving positions for those with a telecommunications background. In January 2023, the team, in partnership with legitimate European companies, began projects in Poland, Hungary, Belgium, and Germany to provide jobs for professionals, skilled and unskilled individuals.
The European projects enable ABL to cater the manpower demands for Indian candidates as well. The amount of job orders for information technologists, programmers, and ISP/OSP engineers has increased over time, and the onboarding rate became a success.
